Maya Pistola Agavepura

Distilled from wild Agave Americana harvested on the Deccan Plateau, Maya Pistola set out to do something no Indian brand had done before: build a homegrown agave category from zero.

Shelf presence was non-negotiable. Positioned beside premium whiskies and tequilas, the bottle had to signal a sipping spirit, something to linger over rather than knock back.

The identity centres on Maya, a heroine drawn from Mayahuel, Mexico's agave goddess. Comic-book illustration follows her voyage from Mexico to the Deccan, a tale of ascent, purity, and honesty that doubles as the brand's own origin story.​​​
