Hi,
Wherever you are today, I hope you’re doing well and thriving.
If you’ve landed on this email and are wondering what it’s about—honestly, same. It started as a weekly list of film, book, and podcast recommendations (at least in my head). But while designing this template, I ended up adding a few other things I found interesting and wanted to share.
So yeah, it’s just a bunch of cool stuff I came across and thought, "Hey, someone else might enjoy this too."

In Creativity
In the world of Ghibli-Ai. I still love when people spend hours and hours just to make a 120 frame fully embroidered animation.Do watch how they made it.

In Typefaces
Designer you are welcome.

In Films
The best movie of the season—better than The Brutalist, Anora, and all the Oscar buzz films. Don't get me wrong, they are good, but this film, especially in a intimate theater like PVR Promenade, is just too good. If you can, watch it in a theater!

In Curiosity
How Kodak invented the “snapshot”
"You press the button, we do the rest" - If you are into photography or in any form of marketing.

In Books
I don’t usually read fiction, but this year I set a goal: one nonfiction, one fiction. This was my third fiction book, and wow—nothing tops it. From the author of The Martian, it’s pure entertainment, especially if you’re a nerd (and if you're reading this, you probably are).
Tip: I cheat when reading fiction—I listen to the audiobook while following along. And this one’s narration? Incredible.
You’ve made it this far, so I guess you don’t hate me (yet). If you're into these unwanted weekly recommendations—delivered in broken English, with the occasional typo (cough* I’m dyslexic) and a super casual vibe—stick around.
Be Well,
Harjot
